Zavi has 20 years of experience in management of highly successful R&D and product development programs. Born and raised in Israel, Zavi has served in the Israeli navy as a PT boat squadron commander. After receiving his engineering degree in 1984, he joined Standard Motor Products, LTD, a Fortune 500 manufacturing company, progressing over 12 years to head the electronic engineering group. In 1997 he left SMP to become Vice-President of Engineering with Transpo Electronics, a $150 million manufacturer of automotive electronics parts. Two years later he left Transpo and founded Zvetco. Shortly thereafter, he was joined by some of his best former employees. Zavi obtained an IE degree at the Technion in Haifa, Israel and has an MBA from Pace University, NY.

Ronen started his career in product development as an electrical engineer. He later obtained his MBA and worked as a marketing specialist for ECI, a large Israeli telecommunication firm.

Before Joining Zvetco more than three years ago, John managed the "New Products" group at Transpo Electronics. Always organized, John has refined to an art the science of new product development. During his 6 years with Transpo, John has integrated the best available technologies, techniques and software to introduce almost 300 new products . We will rely on John to keep our development time line on track, while keeping tight control on development costs. John obtained his EE degree at UCF (University of Central Florida) and he holds a patent on an automotive bridge rectifier.

Also a veteran of Transpo electronics, Rob is a co-holder of a patent (with John) on an automotive bridge rectifier. Always the resourceful engineer, Rob fulfilled many roles in Zvetco, including production management and inventory control. Rob obtained his EE degree at UCF (University of Central Florida)
